This website is operated by PAACHO APPARELS PRIVATE LIMITED, No.23, Sri Vidhya Nagar 1st Street, Masco Nagar, Vivekananda Nagar, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu - 641603, GSTIN 33AANCP8090P1ZK (“we”, “us”, “Pasolid”). “You” or “Buyer” means the person or business placing an order.

• Pasolid Wholesale is a wholesale (B2B) store. Purchases are made for business purposes such as resale, printing, branding or uniforms.
• You can browse and order without creating an account. Your contact and shipping details are collected at checkout, and your orders are saved on the device you ordered from. Keep your order number for any queries.
• The details you give us (contact, GSTIN, shipping address) must be true and up to date.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract in India.
• We may suspend or close accounts used for fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.

• We make every effort to show colours accurately, but shades can vary slightly between screens and between dye lots.
• Size-chart measurements are in inches with a tolerance of ±0.5″. Fabric weight (GSM) may vary within ±5% as per industry standards.
• Product photos are for illustration; plain blanks are supplied without any print or label shown in styled photos.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) per piece and exclude GST. GST (currently 5%) is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
• Bulk discounts are applied automatically based on the total number of pieces in your cart across all products, colours and sizes. The applicable tier and discount are shown in the cart before payment.
• For orders of 100+ pieces or custom requirements, contact us for a special quote.
• Prices, tiers and offers may change at any time; the price shown when you pay is the price you are charged.

• All orders are prepaid. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Razorpay) using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking or wallets. We never see or store your card details.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment. You will see a confirmation on screen and can download your GST invoice from “My orders”.
• If an item becomes unavailable or a pricing error occurs after payment, we will inform you and either ship the available quantity with a partial refund or cancel the order with a full refund, at your choice.

We may refuse or cancel any order, before or after payment, if we suspect fraud or misuse, if the details provided are incorrect, if a product is out of stock, or if a price or listing was shown in error. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Stock levels are live but are reserved only when payment succeeds. In rare cases where two buyers pay for the last pieces at the same time, the later order will be refunded for the unavailable quantity.

• A GST tax invoice is generated for every paid order. Enter your correct GSTIN and business name at checkout to claim input tax credit; we cannot change an invoice once GST returns for that period have been filed.
• Intra-state orders (Tamil Nadu) are billed with CGST + SGST; orders to other states are billed with IGST.

Our products are supplied as blanks. We are not responsible for defects, shrinkage, colour changes or damage caused by printing, embroidery, washing, dyeing or any other processing done after delivery. Please test-print a sample before processing a full order.

All website content, including photos, text, logos and design, belongs to us and may not be copied without permission. You may use our product photos only to resell our blank products, unless agreed otherwise in writing. You are responsible for ensuring that any designs you print on our products do not infringe anyone else’s rights.

You must not use this website to break the law, give false information, place orders you don’t intend to pay for, copy or scrape our content or prices, or try to access accounts, admin areas or systems that aren’t yours. We may block access and report unlawful activity to the authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, missed events or business interruption.

You agree to compensate us for any claim, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website, or any design, print, trademark or branding you apply to our products.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, floods, pandemics, strikes, power or internet outages, courier disruptions or government action. We will keep you informed and fulfil or refund your order as soon as reasonably possible.

How we collect, use and protect your personal data is explained in our Privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably within 30 days of it being raised with our Grievance Officer. Otherwise it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.

• We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
• If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
• These terms, together with the policies linked above, are the entire agreement between you and us for purchases on this website.
