GSM (grams per square metre) is the weight of the fabric. A higher GSM means a thicker, heavier, more opaque garment with more structure; a lower GSM is lighter and more breathable.

• Around 180 GSM: everyday tees, uniforms, events and giveaways where comfort and price matter most.
• 220–260 GSM: oversized streetwear tees with a fuller drape that still feel comfortable all day.
• 300 GSM (300 JC): premium heavyweight tees and sweatshirts for brands that want a thick, structured, retail-quality feel.
• Hoodies & sweatshirts: fleece and French terry for warmth and a soft inside.

Fabric weight can vary within ±5%, which is the normal industry tolerance. Each lot is knitted and checked to the same specification so shade and weight stay consistent across a bulk order.

All products are made from 100% Super Combed Cotton, bio-washed and silicon softened for a smooth, soft feel with minimal pilling. Fabric is pre-shrunk and colour-fast, and comes from certified, skin-safe processes.

No. We supply plain blank garments only. You can print, embroider or brand them yourself or through your own printer.

Our fabric has a smooth, even surface that suits screen printing (plastisol and water-based), DTF, DTG, puff print, vinyl and embroidery. Heavier GSM fabrics give the best results for large prints and embroidery.

Garments are supplied as blanks with a size label. They are well suited to private-label brands that add their own neck print or label after delivery.

Yes. We recommend ordering a sample and running a test print or wash before processing a full order. We can’t accept returns for pieces that have been printed, embroidered, washed or otherwise processed. See our Return & refund policy.

Most styles come in sizes from S upward (typically S–XXL). The sizes in stock for each colour are shown live on every product page.

Every product page has a size chart with chest and length in inches. Measurements have a tolerance of ±0.5″. Oversized styles are cut boxier with dropped shoulders, so compare the chart rather than going by size label alone.

Yes. Mix any products, colours and sizes in one order. The bulk discount is based on the total number of pieces in your cart, not per item.

No minimum. You can order any quantity, and bulk discounts start from 10 pieces.

All orders are prepaid online through our secure payment partner (Razorpay) using UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking or wallets. We never see or store your card details.

Not at the moment. Orders are confirmed only after successful online payment. For large orders (100+ pieces), contact us to discuss your requirement.

Yes. A GST tax invoice is generated for every paid order and can be downloaded from My orders. GST (5%) is shown in the cart and on the invoice. Enter your GSTIN and business name at checkout to claim input tax credit.

If payment fails, the order stays unpaid and you can retry from My orders. If money was deducted but the order isn’t confirmed, it is usually auto-reversed by your bank. If not, contact us with your order number.
