Shipping policy
Free shipping across India on every order. In-stock items are dispatched within 2–4 working days after payment.

1. Shipping charges
Shipping is free on all orders delivered within India, with no minimum order value. The amount you pay at checkout is the final amount, inclusive of GST.
2. Dispatch time
- In-stock orders are packed and dispatched within 2–4 working days after successful payment.
- Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national and Tamil Nadu public holidays. Orders paid on a Sunday or holiday are processed from the next working day.
- Very large orders may be dispatched in more than one shipment; we’ll keep you informed.
3. Estimated delivery time (after dispatch)

These are estimates from our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, festivals, strikes or other events beyond our control.
4. Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we share the courier name and tracking number on WhatsApp/SMS or email. You can also see your order status anytime under My orders.
5. Packaging
Pieces are folded and packed by size and colour in poly bags, then shipped in sealed cartons. Each carton carries the order number for easy checking.
6. Address & delivery
- Please make sure your shipping address, pincode and mobile number are correct. To change the address, contact us before dispatch; we can’t change it after the parcel has been handed to the courier.
- If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or the recipient being unavailable after repeated attempts, the parcel may return to us. Re-shipping charges may then apply.
- We currently ship within India only.
7. Damaged, opened or short parcels
If a carton arrives visibly damaged, tampered with or with fewer pieces than invoiced, please record a continuous unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number. See our Return & refund policy.
